Key Biscayne condo sales continued a strong upward trend during the second and third quarters of 2015. Compared to the same six month period in 2014, the average sale price increased by 8% while the number of units sold also increased by 8%. On average, condos sold in 101 days which is 16% faster than in 2014. Today’s Key Biscayne condo inventory remains stable with 169 units actively for sale. Average asking price is $925/SF. Sotheby’s Latin American Art has produced some of the most highly publicized auctions in recent memory. This year is no different and The Coto Group will continue our support of the events through attendance and connecting clients to the unique experience at the Sotheby’s Auction House in NYC. From November 19 – 20, attendees have access to the Latin American art shows. Modern Art sessions focus on leading artists engaged in traditional landscape painting, portraiture, Cubism, Mexican Muralism, Surrealism, Social Realism and more. Global Perspective

This month, Our firm kicked off a networking series in Manhattan aimed to further unite to Sotheby’s agents from NY and Miami. WithNew Yorkers increasingly looking to Miami as the “Sixth Borough,” the benefit of these strong agent ties leads to faster sales and a fortified pool of highly qualified buyers. A recent forum hosted by The Real Deal confirmed this trend, as panelists reported that the educated NY buyers are fascinated by Miami’s hot new development opportunities.
