Welcome to Miami Beach

Luxurious and vibrant world-famous beaches and culture

Culture, beaches, nightlife, and palm trees. While all of these things are synonymous with life in Miami Beach, there is so much more to the area. Connected to mainland Miami by several bridges, Miami Beach is a world-renowned destination for fresh seafood, world-class art galleries, luxurious resorts, stylish boutiques, and endless outdoor recreation. Luxurious hotels and luxury condo towers line the beaches in this tropical playground for the elite.

Miami Beach is home to some of the world’s most exclusive real estate, particularly in South Beach, Indian Creek, Star Island, and the Venetian Islands. While the high-end golf courses, tennis clubs, and yachting add to the city’s appeal, several family-run restaurants still line the streets serving the same delectable dishes as they have for years, and folks from all walks of life enjoy spending days with their toes in the sand. Here, beneath a dense layer of protecting palm trees, paradise on earth has been found.

What to Love

  • One of the most luxurious and prestigious locations in the world to call home
  • Glitz and glamour of modern luxuries
  • Iconic art deco architecture
  • Towering palm trees, endless beaches, and bright turquoise waters

Local Lifestyle

Miami Beach is one of the world’s premier destinations to live, work, and play. This tropical paradise plays host to a number of world-famous festivals and celebrations such as Art Basel, an internationally-renowned display of art from across the globe, attracting close to 100,000 visitors. The South Beach Food & Wine Festival is another popular celebration of the finer things in life. This star-studded event showcases the talent of some of the world’s most famous chefs, wine and spirit producers, and television personalities. Quiet days in Miami Beach are also quite common, however. Locals are walking distances from miles of pristine beaches, sparkling shores, and warm Floridian waters.

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

Some of the best food in the world can be found on Miami Beach. This oceanfront paradise has easy access to the freshest seafood anywhere, with many of the world’s greatest chefs setting up shop along Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive. After dinner, live it up at one of the city’s vibrant clubs or bars in the neighborhood, then walk it off the following day and visit the several nearby glamorous and stylish boutiques.

Miami is famous for its sophisticated steakhouses and seafood, with Smith and Wollensky’s at South Pointe Park being one of the best-known. One of the nation’s finest restaurant groups established in 1977 is famous for its dry-aged steaks butchered on-site and served in formal power dining settings. In addition to the steaks, patrons love their lobster and crabcakes, scallops, and “angry shrimp” special.

Just a few blocks north, Prime 112 is a swanky, more modern steakhouse option locals have enjoyed immensely for nearly 20 years. Their classic menu with a twist features Chilean sea bass, jumbo lump crabcakes, lobster bisque, and more modern, Instagrammable favorites like Kobe beef sliders and truffled mac and cheese.

Lincoln Road is one of Miami Beach’s best streets for shopping, dining, and cocktails. One of the top spots is Juvia, a rooftop eatery, and bar, serving fine steak, seafood, and Asian cuisine. Feel free to stay awhile and enjoy the view; their cocktail menu is extensive and creative. Another unique stop on Lincoln Road is the Lincoln Eatery, Miami’s best food hall. Coffee, sushi, and more can be found in this 9,600-foot space located next door to Miami’s most luxurious shopping.

Things To Do

Miami Beach residents enjoy a uniquely luxurious, chic, tropical lifestyle. South Pointe Park, located on the southernmost tip of Miami Beach, is a 17-acre park offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami’s glittering skyline. Visitors can take in these views from the many trails, picnic areas, the on-site cafe, and off-leash dog park. This park also offers direct beachfront access. In addition to their famous shorelines, Miami Beach is a major location for concerts and festivals, many of which are held at The Fillmore. This art deco-style theater seats nearly 3,000 guests and hosts a steady stream of live music performances, comedy acts, and more.
