Key Biscayne Real Estate

An exclusive and luxurious, yet close-knit, beachy paradise

Situated less than ten miles from downtown Miami facing the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne is one of southern Florida’s most exclusive hidden gems. This tight-knit, engaged community is known for its peaceful beaches, high-end resorts, and chic lifestyle. This tropical paradise is perfectly between Crandon Park and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, two of the largest green spaces in the area.

The opening of the Rickenbacker Causeway in 1947 led to large-scale development of the island with the addition of schools, a post office, and church soon thereafter. The area was incorporated as a municipality in 1991. Today, Key Biscayne is home to a nearby coastal barrier reef, the only federally recognized underwater archaeological trail in the country, fine dining, beachfront clubs, and some of the most scenic real estate in the world.

Key Biscayne real estate is characterized by luxurious condo communities with resort-style amenities. Some of these complexes include The Ocean Club, Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Grand Bay Key Biscayne, and Casa del Mar, to name a few.
